BDA-3 Stuck in USB function

Hi all
I have a BDA-3 for a year, initial connection USB, and remained USB for the year.

I just tried other inputs, and they don't work (TOSLINK and HDMI).

I power cycled the unit (by removing cord physically and waiting 2 minutes), but it is still stuck.

Any suggestions?

Error and status messages:

I2C bus hung!
USB INT is stuck
I2C RD timeout
EEPR SourcePar not init
EEPROM fault
EEPROM check failed
Past Critical T

I would suspect a possibility of a hardware problem, such as one of the internal cable connections came out of its header etc, but I am not 100% sure.
That would explain why you cannot switch, for example to HDMI source.

What is the firmware revision? You can view on the web GUI, unless the ethernet interface has crashed as well. I would recommend to update the software, unless it is already recent, for example 2016.05a or later. If you need to update, please let me know, I will send you the file but I need to know more details because some system may require special programming. Also I need to know the result of the "%2330INFOQS." command. If you can run in in the terminal tab of the web interface, you can then copy and paste it to an email and send to us.
