Hi,not sure how well my bot is working. Very slow to rip cd's.Sometimes the bot will take 20 minutes to rip about 1/2 a cd. The unit will stop and eject it. If I use db power ripper it takes about 5 minutes to rip a cd no problems. The bot operation is also somewhat loud. Might be that the unit serial # 00003. It will play a cd no problem. What to do?
