hello Chris,
I've been using ROON for over a year and have a BDP3 and a BDA3, hooked together with AES and a USB cable. Before the BDP3 I used a Raspberry PI3 as a ROON end point hooked into the BDA3 via USB.
In both scenarios (Pi3 and BDP3) the BDA3 and ROON are not able to switch resolutions without first stopping play on one song and then starting play on the other (versus just clicking play on the 2nd). A pop is heard and then I have to recycle (turn off and on) the BDA3 for it to work again. Can you provide any insights and possible resolutions? I'm using the BETA software for the BDP3, but this didn't resolve the issue, and probably wouldn't given this seems to sit on the BDA3 side.
Thanks,
Ian
