Merits of Manic Moose over Loony Loon

I'm currently running the latest version (I think) of Loony Loon on an iPad Mini to control my BDP-1. It works great and allows me to do everything I desire, except maybe the ability to mark specific tracks as favorites. I guess my question is: What would I gain by upgrading to Manic Moose?

We haven't added any feature in MM that would allow you to rate tracks, so perhaps there's no need for you to update to Manic Moose.

We completely re-wrote the web interface to give it a more up to date aesthetic and make it compatible with a broad range of screen sizes and configurations. We added a variety of features like DSD playback over USB, support for attaching a USB external optical disc drive, and added support for external audio protocols such as uPnP, Squeezeplayer, shairplay (variation on Apple's Airplay), etc. We have also improved stability in a variety of areas.

You're certainly welcome to update, but it's not required, and if you're pleased with the way the player operates now, you may not get any benefit.
