In the S2.14 firmware we released a shortcut to the beta, found under Applications (found on Dashboard)

My Firmware is S2.16 2015-06-19. Signed up for free trial on Tidal

Seems to play through the my BDP-2 but I can't hear anything
sound quality set to lossless, playback method player , USB 2
any idea?

I am successfully streaming Tidal through my wireless bridge and fit works very well.
I can stream tidal through ethernet cable from my imac in another room.
Is it possible through the BDP-2 to stream through ethernet from my iMac but control
the streaming menu wirelessly through my iPad in the same room as my audio?

Hi, everything is connected and working fine, however I seem to be receiving only 44.1k files in tidal - is there something I need to do to receive DSD? I am using the Auralic Vega DAC and 75mbps hi speed internet connection. Vega is connected via usb.

I finally hop onto the tidal wagon!

There are 2 ways to playback tidal. One is using shareair... use tidal app and playback by airplay or use Bryston app tidal beta software and out direct to sound card.

Is there any audio difference between the 2 ways of playback?

If there is no audio differences, as I am still using mpd to playback my collection of songs in my hdd, I realize when shareair services is on, mpd services will be off. Anyway to have both services on at the same time?
