updating to S2.20 2015-11-20 broke Tidal

We've been enjoying NAS streaming & Tidal with our BDP-2 for a few months now. Today, after I updated to S2.20 2015-11-20 firmware, the NAS works, but Tidal is now broken - I can't load any albums or songs to the playlist. We tried all the usual shutdowns, re-boots, etc. Very unfortunate timing for this xmas vacation problem! Am I the only one? -any ideas?

Works fine on our testing units. Please place the BDP into service mode and email us the service id

This problem was quickly & remotely corrected by Chris - he asked us to put the unit in service mode and email him the service #, this allowed him to evaluate & fix it in a few minutes - awesome!

This is why we own Bryston - equipment with stellar performance and a team of pros backing it up forever.
