BDP-1 will not update

I have a BDP-1 and finally decide to upgrade from S0.x series and up.
However when I use my Mac or PC to connect via the web browser, I go to Firmware.

Under the firmware click the Select "Choose File" which I select the file on my desktop.
Then I click "Update" and nothing happens.

Nothing on the display either.

Looks like the file is denied of transferring over.

Since I can't find S1.75 on web so I'm going to Manic Moose directly.

But nothing happen.

What else should I look for?

Can I use the USB to upgrade?

If your using instructions that mention S1.75 update then it likley your using an outdated bin file which may still not be your issue, but linked below is the latest version of those instructions.
