Welcome to the site.

Would you happen to know which version of the firmware is currently installed? It begins with an S.

Cheers
Chris

This is a known issue with this firmware, you'll need to place the BDP into service mode and email us the service id along with a short reminder that the firmware needs to be updated. Any version that is older then S2.05 (not including S2.05) will be unable to update its firmware using the automated method and will need to be updated manually.
