BDP Crashed

Hi Chris,
I have an alert up saying my BDP-2 crashed detected. My BDP-2 is working fine. How do I get rid of the alert my BDP-2 crashed? I turned the BDP-2 on and off, pulled the power plug.

All that means is that in the course of trying to build the artist database, it was interrupted or corrupted. Go to media player, then click artist view and let it build. That should do the trick.
