Hi Attila,

You may need to upgrade the firmware first (it should be fine), could you place the BDP into service mode and email us the service id?

Hi Chris,

thanks for the quick reply.
I'll travel in the next two weeks but when I get back I'll update the firmware and see if the problem persists. I'll let you know when I placed the unit into service mode.
