Description Of the Issue
Attempting the update results in error message indicating that you should attempt to download the firmware again.
[B}Why is this occuring?[/B]
Changes in our hosting has broken the Firmware Update mechanism with this version of the firmware. Any firmware coded as S2.05 or newer should be fixed and any firmware coded as S2.06 or newer should never see this issue ever again.
How does it get fixed
Simply place your BDP in service mode and email us the service id and we can update the firmware remotely.
Page 25 of the Manic Moose user guide demonstrates the use of Service Mode and how to get the Service ID.
