Streaming audio signal from Win7

Hello,
I would like to stream the audio signal from my PC running Win7 to BDP in order to watch ex. Netflix and listen to audio from my stereo. How is that possible?
Also is there a way to stream from an Android device?

I don't believe this is possible with out some sort of 3rd party software package for windows 7.
